For marketing and app teams

The whole link stack. No fee per click.

Short links, deep links and conversion tracking on your own domain, routed by country, device and schedule, every click redirected and, on Pro and Business, every click counted, with the sale it led to reported back on Starter, Pro and Business. Priced by features, never by clicks: a link that goes viral costs nothing extra.

Brevily is invite-only for now. Free is $0 for 25 links a month; your own domain comes with Starter, at $19 a month.

Stop paying a tax on your own growth

The usual link tools charge more the better a link does, lose people on the way into an app, and ask visitors to trust a link they cannot read. Brevily is built the other way round.

The per-click trap

Most shorteners sell the same redirect and then ration it: a cap on clicks, an overage, a plan jump the month a campaign works. Brevily redirects without limit on every plan — Free counts 10,000 clicks a month and keeps redirecting past that.

Broken journeys on mobile

A plain redirect drops app users on a web page. A Brevily link opens the installed app, falls back to the store or the web as you choose, and on Android carries the click into a fresh install (Starter, Pro and Business).

A destination nobody can see

Phishing relies on a short link hiding where it goes. Add a + to any Brevily link and anyone sees the destination and its last safety check before clicking — no account, nothing to install. How the + works

Engineered for transparency

Six things Brevily does that the usual shortener does not. Each is built, in use, and described exactly as the code runs it.

Predictable, flat pricing

The price buys features and capacity: links, routing, domains and seats. Past an allowance a paid plan has a published grace, then a top-up you choose, never a surprise invoice, and every price is on the pricing page, not behind a call.

Your domain, root or not

brand.com itself, not only go.brand.com: one TXT record to prove it, two address records to connect it, at any DNS provider, with the certificate issued for you (Starter, Pro and Business).

One link into your app

Android opens the app, or the Play listing that keeps the screen and the click through the install. On iPhone the link shows a one-tap page that opens the app or the App Store; iOS has no deferred deep links, so a fresh install opens at its start screen. Everyone else goes to the web, and the click is counted first (Starter, Pro and Business).

The + that shows where a link goes

Served by the redirect itself on every Brevily link: the destination, when the link was made and its last safety check, before anything loads. The owner cannot switch it off.

Built to be scripted

Everything the console does, the API does: the same routes under /api, an API key’s two headers or signed requests, every click delivered to your endpoint signed (Pro and Business), and a CSV import that keeps your back-halves.

Attribution without a script

A tracked link lands with a click id in the address; your server reports the lead or the sale with its amount and currency. A later sale by the same customer lands on the link that earned them (Starter, Pro and Business).

Built for every team

What each team gets, as the code runs it — and, plainly, what it does not.

For

engineering

  • The console’s own routes under /api, in JSON; keys that never hold more than their maker
  • Signed webhooks per click, retried for hours, with a delivery log (Pro and Business)
  • Your own domains (Starter, Pro and Business): proved by DNS, connected by two records, the certificate issued and renewed for you
  • Every destination checked when it is written and watched afterwards: safety lists, where its redirects end, whether it still answers
  • Bulk import from a CSV, with the column names other shorteners export (Pro and Business)

Not: an SDK or a hosted uptime promise. An API, webhooks and a status page that shows what was measured.

For

growth and marketing

  • Clicks, unique visitors, country, device, browser, referrer and QR scans, with crawlers counted apart
  • Routing by country and device (Starter, Pro and Business), A/B variants (Business) and destinations that change on a schedule (Pro and Business)
  • Tags by campaign, channel, product or person, and UTM fields kept with the link
  • Reports emailed on a schedule (Starter, Pro and Business), or shared as a live link with an optional password: the person you send it to needs no account, and nothing about them is recorded beyond counting opens
  • QR codes in PNG and SVG that encode the short link, so changing where it goes never needs a reprint

Not: a link-in-bio page or a social scheduler. Links, and what happens to a click.

For

security and compliance

  • Single sign-on with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta or OpenID Connect (Business)
  • An audit log of every change, with filters and a CSV (Business)
  • Groups with per-area permissions, and the current password asked for every change to how an account signs in
  • One first-party cookie on the short domain; click addresses encrypted and blanked after 90 days; no visitor profiles, nothing sold
  • Export your links and analytics, or delete the organisation, from the console — no ticket needed

Not: a SOC 2 report, yet. What is done is written down on the trust page, as the code runs it.

How Brevily is run, and what is kept about a click

What the usual plans hold back

The best-known shorteners sell the same redirect and then ration the everyday parts. Their published plans, beside Brevily’s.

Other shortenersBrevily
Clicks Tracked clicks are a monthly quota on several popular shorteners, even on plans around $30 a month. Redirects are unlimited and no plan prices a click. Pro and Business count every click; Free counts 10,000 a month and Starter 100,000, each redirecting past that.
Changing where a link goes Changing where a link goes is rationed on some well-known shorteners: 20 to 50 times a month on plans around $30 to $35. Change a link’s destination up to 10 times a month on Free, 100 on Starter, 1,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Business. Past that, the Edits top-up adds 500 destination edits a month for $5 on Starter, Pro and Business.
Past the monthly limit Some stop new links once the month’s quota is used, until the cycle resets, and offer overage only on enterprise contracts. Past the month’s link allowance, Starter, Pro and Business let 10% more through, never charged; then the Links top-up adds 1,000 links a month for $10, for 1, 3 or 6 months. Never an overage invoice.
Your team Some keep their self-serve plans to a single seat, so a team means a dearer tier or a sales call. Seats for your team: 3 on Pro and 10 on Business.
Single sign-on and an audit log Single sign-on is commonly kept for enterprise contracts, and the audit log with it. Both on Business, at $199 a month. No sales call.
How long the numbers stay Some free plans show no click analytics at all, and some paid plans around $30 keep only four months to a year of them. Free shows daily totals for 30 days; Starter keeps each click for 90 days and daily totals for 180 days.

Every Brevily limit, side by side

Anyone can check a link before clicking it

A short link hides its destination, and phishing relies on that. Every Brevily link can be looked at first.

  1. Add a + to the end

go.northwind.com/q3-launch becomes go.northwind.com/q3-launch+. In any browser, on any device.

  2. Read the page it stops on

The full destination, when the link was made and its last safety check. Nothing is loaded from the destination.

  3. Then decide

Continue to the destination, or report the link in one click. Looking is not counted as a click.

Nothing to install, no script on any website. The preview is served by the redirect itself, so it works on every Brevily link, for everyone, and the link’s owner cannot switch it off.

  1. Without the +go.northwind.com/q3-launchGoes straight to northwind.com, and counts as a click.
  2. With a +go.northwind.com/q3-launch+Stops on a preview page instead: the full destination, when the link was made and its last safety check. Not counted as a click.

Two kinds of link keep their destination back: one with a password asks for the password first, and one with a click limit shows where it goes only when it is followed.

Click or tap the + above to see the page it opens.

Checks say what is known, not that a page is safe. A destination can change after it is checked, so read the address before you continue.

An example: the page the redirect edge serves for go.northwind.com/q3-launch+. Nothing is loaded from the destination until you choose to continue.

Checked before and after

Every destination is checked with Google Web Risk and Brevily’s heuristics when a link is made, and again on a schedule.

A flag stops every link to it

A flagged destination stops every link that points there, in every account.

A person reads each report

Anyone can report a link, with no account. A person decides, never a script alone.

No profiles, nothing sold

Click data builds no visitor profile, is never sold, and goes only where the link’s owner sends it.

The ones that come up

Cancelling, your own domain, and what is kept about a click.

Every question

Not at once. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. A paid plan never goes to sleep while it is paid.

On Free:

  • Links on a Brevily domain keep redirecting as long as someone in the organisation signs in at least every 180 days.
  • After that the organisation goes to sleep: its links show a "not in use" page.
  • 90 days later they are released: a back-half you chose can be taken by someone else, and where each link pointed is deleted.
  • Signing in before then wakes it.

Own domains that Free does not include show a "not active" page, and come back if you move to a plan that does. You can export every link, with its clicks, as CSV at any point.
